Don't Let Construction Dust Fail Your Cleanliness Sign-Off
Shell-and-core cutting, drilling and floor works throw silica and fine particulate straight into spaces that have to pass an ISO 14644-1 cleanliness test before handover. We survey your build, design the control measures and supply the equipment that keeps your programme — and your data halls — clean.
- Free on-site dust survey, with a written control plan you can attach to your RAMS
- Control at source, in the air and at the white-space boundary — on one supply agreement
- Particulate monitoring and records that stand up to a cleanliness audit or HSE inspection
Dust Is the Risk Your Build Programme Doesn't See Until Commissioning
Cutting, drilling and grinding through concrete, blockwork and raised-floor tiles releases respirable crystalline silica — a health risk HSE inspectors look for on any live construction site. In a data centre build it carries a second cost: fine particulate settles in raised-floor voids, on cable containment and inside CRAC/CRAH units, exactly where a cleanliness test will find it.
On a live programme it rarely stays contained. It becomes a failed ISO 14644-1 particle count, a stop-work notice, a delayed handover to operations, or an inspection that arrives with an hourly charge attached.

Three Points of Control on Every Build
One supplier, one specification, applied consistently from shell-and-core through fit-out to commissioning — so cleanliness isn't something you find out about at final sign-off.

On-Tool Extraction
M and H class industrial vacuums matched to your cutting, drilling and coring tools, so dust is captured at raised-floor and containment level before it becomes airborne.

Air Filtration & Scrubbing
HEPA H14 filtration and negative pressure for enclosed fit-out works, keeping particulate out of adjacent live halls and mechanical spaces.

Containment & Particle Monitoring
Dust containment screens at the white-space threshold plus continuous particle monitoring that gives you dated evidence for commissioning sign-off, before the test does.
Clear. Open. Honest.
From the first call to handover, you know exactly what happens at each stage — starting with a free site dust survey.
