The Dustblocker DB450 is a cutting-edge airborne dust scrubbing solution in a systainer box that plugs straight into the typical vent or WC pipe. Filtering 450m3/hr this is ideal for use in areas up to 150m3 volume.
The first of its kind, it’s lightweight and compact enough to be easily moved, but powerful enough to clean large volumes of air fast.
The DB450 offers round-the-clock protection as a powerful air filtration system packaged into a single, compact unit.
Built into the world’s most popular modular tool storage system, it can scrub an incredible amount of dust from the air in a short amount of time. Its 4-stage integrated Hepa 13 air filter cartridge can be easily swapped, and the variable power adjustment is completely unique for a unit this compact.
At only 10 Kg and with dimensions of 400 x 300 x 420 mm, the Dustblocker DB450 is the first device in a systainer box to offer dual voltage operation of both 110V and 230V, making it suitable for use in various working environments.
Designed to run 24/7 and equally usable as a permanent or mobile air scrubbing solution. It can also be connected to kitchen extractor ducting or toilet waste pipes to create a negative pressure environment and prevent dust escaping into other areas.
The DB450 is effective at removing even invisible toxic dust in a variety of situations, such as:
- Woodworking shops
- Machine rooms
- Repair workshops
- Renovation areas
- Spray painting
- Any environment where silica dust from concrete, brick grout, or mortar may be present
