With a wide-diameter 70mm hose system, this vacuum setup is specifically configured to move sawdust quickly and efficiently, keeping workflows clean and safe across production and job sites. Built for Demanding Dust Loads
At the heart of the kit is the MAXVAC SV1-470-MBS, a single-phase industrial vacuum equipped with three high-performance by-pass motors. Each motor is individually controlled, allowing you to adjust suction power as needed. The motors are housed in a reinforced casing with internal sound insulation to maintain a low noise level during operation (approx. 72 dB).
Its advanced M-Class star filter system captures particles as small as 1 micron, protecting both the user and the motor system from harmful fine dust. A built-in manual filter shaker ensures uninterrupted use—easily clearing dust from the filter without stopping work or needing replacement parts.
Collected material is stored in a rugged 100L painted steel bin, which detaches easily for emptying. Heavy-duty swivel wheels ensure the bin remains stable while mobile, even when full. With its generous capacity and robust build, it’s ideal for environments generating high dust volumes.
